Ann Schulz has been working in the financing industry since 1975 and has done just about every type of real estate lending that there is including conventional, FHA, GRH, VA, WHEDA, construction loans, HELOCS and seconds. She maintains a 99% loan closed ratio. But Ann says most importantly, she absolutely loves what she does.
Ann is a life-long resident of Washington County, in Wisconsin. Her current home is on the farm that she grew up on which was owned by her father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Ann is a big believer in community involvement. She is the 2010-11 United Way of Washington County Board President as well as a Member of the Slinger-Allenton Rotary Club and the Kettle Moraine Realtors Association.
In her free time, she and her husband enjoy relaxing at their northern Wisconsin cabin in Oneida County where they boat, ATV and golf. Also, she has two grown daughters who are very involved in barrel racing and she enjoys going to their shows.
Ann's goal? Quite simply, to make your mortgage experience as easy as possible.
